Privacy Policy
MaxCap Readiness collects contact information, qualification responses, account information, uploaded financial files, manual financial entries, questionnaire responses, scoring outputs, scheduling status, and internal routing notes needed to provide the MaxCap Readiness Assessment.
Confidential financial files
Uploaded financial files are stored in private, access-controlled storage. MaxCap does not use public file URLs for sensitive uploads. Access is limited to the authenticated owner and authorized internal administrators.
MaxCap will not share your financial data with anyone unless you authorize MaxCap to do so.
Retention
Uploaded financial files are automatically deleted after the configured retention period, currently 180 days by default. Non-sensitive metadata such as company name, assessment date, score, score band, data confidence, referral source, completion status, and routing notes may be retained.
Website analytics
If you allow analytics, MaxCap uses Google Analytics to understand article readership, campaign traffic, and broad assessment progress. Analytics is off until you choose to allow it, and you can change that choice using the analytics preferences link in the footer.
MaxCap does not send names, business names, email addresses, phone numbers, street addresses, exact revenue, uploaded files, financial values, assessment answers, free-text responses, or report details to Google Analytics. Campaign details and broad categories such as trade, revenue band, market band, and sale-timeline band may be sent.
Google Analytics retention and data-sharing settings are controlled in the Google Analytics account. The account owner should review those settings and this disclosure with legal counsel before enabling production analytics.
Deletion requests
User deletion requests are handled manually during the MVP. Contact MaxCap to request account or assessment deletion.
MaxCap sends account verification emails and may send assessment emails such as score summaries, discovery-call, data-setup, and operational notifications related to your MaxCap Readiness Assessment.
