The MaxCap Readiness Assessment is for owners preparing for an eventual sale. It is designed to identify buyer readiness questions and broad preparation themes. It may also be useful for owners considering a growth plan or growth capital, but preparing for a sale is its primary use.

Not professional opinions or approvals

MaxCap Readiness is not a valuation, audit, tax opinion, legal advice, investment banking advice, quality of earnings report, lender approval tool, investor approval tool, or guarantee of transaction outcome.

Score and report

The MaxCap Readiness Score and Report are directional and depend on the completeness and accuracy of the information provided. After receiving them, an owner may book a call to talk through the score, report, and possible next steps.

Partner sharing

MaxCap does not automatically share results or financial data with partners. Any sharing requires owner authorization and internal review.

Manual routing

Completed assessments enter an internal review queue. The internal team decides whether to handle internally, involve a referring partner, create a joint handoff, route to another partner, mark not qualified, or close.
